Growfollows is a social media marketing panel that operates via growfollows.com. Since 2020, we have been based in the United Kingdom and serving users. Our platform offers social media growth services such as followers, likes, views, comments, shares, watch time, and other services across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and X (previously Twitter).

We serve individual content providers, small and medium-sized businesses, digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and resellers in the United Kingdom and globally. On our About Us page, you can learn more about us.

By creating an account and using Growfollows, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

To use Growfollows, you must meet the following requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old. Growfollows is not designed for minors. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to create an account or place orders on our platform.

You must be a real person or a legally operating business. Automated account creation is not permitted. When registering, you must provide correct information. Creating an account with inaccurate information, such as a bogus email address, is a breach of these terms.

You must have legal authority to use the social media accounts and content for which you submit orders. Placing orders on accounts that you do not own or manage without the account owner's knowledge or consent is a breach of these terms. If you are using Growfollows on behalf of a business or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Creating a Growfollows account is completely free. To register, you must have a valid email address and create a password.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login information with anyone you do not trust. Growfollows will never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be from Growfollows asks for your account password or any social media password, do not share it and immediately notify us via our Contact Us page.

You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support staff immediately so that we can assist you in securing it.

Growfollows retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit indications of fraudulent activity, misuse of our platform, or violation of these terms.

Growfollows offers social media growth services via our online panel at growfollows.com. Registered users who have deposited funds into their account balance can purchase services.

Each service listed on our platform includes a description of what is being provided, the expected delivery time frame, the price per unit, and, where applicable, the refill guarantee period. Before placing an order, please read the service description carefully. Services are provided to the public URL or username that you supply at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that the link or username you enter is correct and that the target account or content is publicly accessible during and throughout the delivery period.

Growfollows serves as a link between you and our service delivery network. We handle delivery on your behalf, but we make no guarantees about specific outcomes other than the quantity and service type specified in the package description. Social media platforms are separate third parties whose algorithms, policies, and technical systems are beyond our control.

Unless otherwise specified, all prices on Growfollows are in British Pounds (GBP). Prices include all applicable fees from our end. There are no hidden expenses added during checkout.

To place an order, you must first deposit funds into your Growfollows account. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. Payment options may be updated from time to time, and the current list can be found on the Add Funds page of your dashboard.

Funds added to your account balance are credited immediately upon confirmation of payment. Your balance has no expiration date and can be used for any current or future service on Growfollows.

Account balance funds are non-refundable as cash withdrawals. Once funds have been added to your Growfollows balance, they can be used for services on our platform but cannot be returned to your bank, PayPal, or other payment account. Please see our Refund Policy for complete information on when account credits are issued.

Growfollows retains the right to change service pricing at any time. Price changes will be reflected on the services page and will not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
